Print webpage and add information to footer or header

This is how you can customize header and footer to a webpage before printing
Instructions:
- Go to menu "File"
- Click on "Page setup"
- Go to Header or Footer input window.
- Commands:
&w - Window title
&u - URL
&P - Total pages
&p - This page
&d - date (short)
&D - date (long)
&t - time
&T - time (24)
&& - & character
&b - Align text right
&b&b - Centre text
