Have you tried taking a screenshot from windows media player and ended up like the picture below.

This is how you fix this problem.

Instructions:

1. Start windows media player
2. Go to Tools in the menu
3. Click "Options.."
4. Select the performance tab
5. Drag the Wideo acceleration slider to none.

   

6. Click the "advanced.." button
7. Uncheck "Use overlays"

   

8. Press ok!
