There are many solutions to this problem:

Solution 1:
Hold Shift while inserting a CD and autorun is bypassed

Solution 2:

1. Start Windows Explorer
2. Right click on CD
3. Click properties
4. Go to tab "Autoplay"
5. Choose "Take no action" for each type of CD

Solution 3:

1. Click "Start button"
2. Click "Run..."
3. Type "Regedit"
4. Navigate to "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Services \ Cdrom"
5. Double click "Autorun" value
6. Type 0 (zero)
