Instructions:

  1. Click "Start" button
  2. Click "Run..."
  3. Type "regedit" and then press enter
  4. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ MediaPlayer \ PlayerUpgrade
  5. Create or modify "AskMeAgain" (stringvalue)
  6. Change value to "No"
    No = Disabled
    Yes = Enabled
  7. Exit registry

Restart computer to apply settings
