Windows xp: How to show Internet Explorer icon on desktop

Instructions:
- Right click on desktop background
- Click "Properties"
- Click tab "Desktop"
- Click button "Customize desktop"
- Click box to enable Internet Explorer on desktop
or
- Click "Start" button
- Click "Run..."
- Type "regedit" + press enter
- Navigate to "HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Policies\Explorer"
- Create or modify "NoInternetIcon" (String value)
- Set value to "0"
- "1" to enable
