Instructions:

1. Click "Start" button
2. Click "Control Panel"
3. Click "System"
4. Click "Advanced" tab
5. Click "Settings" button in performance area
6. Click "Visual effects" tab
7. Click to enable/disable "Animate windows when minimizing and maximizing"
8. Click ok!

1. Click "Start" button
2. Click "Run..."
3. Type "regedit" + press enter
4. Navigate to "HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Control Panel \ Desktop \ WindowMetrics"
5. Create or modify "MinAnimate" (String value)
   0 = Disabled
   1 = Enabled
6. Exit registry
