Instructions:

1. Click "Start" button
2. Click "Control Panel"
3. Double click "System"
4. Click tab "Hardware"
5. Click "Device Manager" button
6. Navigate to your cd or dvd
7. Right click on cd/dvd
8. Click "Properties"
9. Enable/Disable cd/dvd drive

or

1. Click "Start" button
2. Click "Run..."
3. Type "regedit" + press enter
4. Navigate to "HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ MediaPlayer \ Player \ Settings"
5. Create or modifiy "EnableDVDU" (string value)
   No = Disabled
   Yes = Enabled
6. Exit registry

Restart computer
