Windows xp: How to hide a user account on welcome screen

The account is only hidden in windows xp welcome screen, it is visible everywhere else.
Instructions:
- Click "Start" button
- Click "Run..."
- Type "Regedit" + press enter
- Navigate to " HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ WindowsNT \ CurrentVersion \ Winlogon \ SpecialAccounts \ UserList"
- Create or modify "Account to be hidden" (DWORD value)
0 = Account hidden
1 = Account visible - Exit registry
Restart computer
