Instructions:

3. Type "regedit" + press enter
4. Navigate to "HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ MessengerService"
5. Create or modify "PassportBalloon" (Binary value)
6. Change value to 0A 00 00 00
7. Exit registry
