You can have your 15 recently used files shown in your start menu. This enables you to have quick access to files you have been working on. Finding your most recently used files fast is a efficient way to quickly begin working.Files in "my recent documents" are sorted in an alphabetical order. A small icon beside the filename shows what file type it is.

How to enable "my recent documents" on your start menu

  1. Right click on your start button
  2. Press customize.
  3. Select "Advanced" tab

  4. Enable "List my most recently opened documents". See above picture.
  5. Press ok.
  6. Press your start button and discover your new "My Recent Documents" list. See picture below.

Tips!
To clear "My Recent Documents":

  1. Right click on your start button
  2. Press customize.
  3. Select "Advanced" tab
  4. Press "Clear List". See picture below.
