Windows explorer has a feature of displaying all uppercase files like "TEXT.txt" as "Text.txt". To change that behavior you need to edit the registry.Instructions:

  1. Click "Start" button
  2. Click "Run..."
  3. Type "regedit" + Press Enter
  4. Navigate to "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ Software\ Microsoft\ Windows\ CurrentVersion\ Policies\ Explorer"
  5. Find (or if it doesnt exist, create) DWORD value "DontPrettyPath"
  6. Change "DontPrettyPath" value to 1

Log out and in again to apply settings.

To restore settings, change "DontPrettyPath" back to value 0.
